Cancellation Policy
Thank you for considering our group sound healing sessions. To provide a tailored experience, we offer custom quotes based on your group’s size and location. How It Works 1. Submit Your Request Include your preferred date, location, estimated group size, and any event details. 2. Receive a Custom Quote I will review your request and provide a custom quote based on the scope of the event. 3. Secure Your Session A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to officially reserve your event date. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event date. Full payment may also be made upfront at booking. Pricing Factors • Group size • Travel distance/location • Event length and setup needs Cancellation & Rescheduling • Deposits are non-refundable. • With at least 7 days’ notice, remaining balances may be transferred one time toward a future booking date, subject to availability. • Events booked within 7 days of the event date require full payment at booking. This process helps ensure your session is aligned with your group’s unique experience and logistical needs.
